zip tie the plate to your grill for the inspection, then cut the ties and put the plate back under the floor mat where it belongs! 3 years, no front plate, no tickets....knock wood

3 years and no plate no ticket, will not put a front plate on our Mustang either, thou the Dealer drilled holes in the front bumper for a bracket and now I have to get it repaired, hate when that happens!

I just got a chicken s**t PARKING ticket (fix it) for no front license plate.Will install the stock front plate holder upside down and get the inspection.

I've gotten two tickets handed to me by Houston city police, both were dismissed by different judges.

I've been stopped once for no front plate. I have one of the hideaway bracket and when the cop pulled me over for no plate, I told him it was there, I must have forgotten to pull it back up when I was cleaning the car. ( wink wink).
