You know I hate to be the spoiler in this....I like the recessed setback look for sure but the plastic honeycomb look as far as I am concerned....excuse me a sec.... sorry.... It just does not cut it for me...just looks like another "plasticized abomination" to me...this is a throw back look car.... plastic at least the look of it does not cut it...

I will take what I have or what started this thread any day...

Of course "PC" speaking this is just my humble opinion....

no need to continuously quote images
meh

I could go either way on the plasticky pieces, i just want the recessed mounting. After that you can put any material you want behind it.

Thinking about it, one of the beauties of the sol is with a few slight styling modifications it can be a complete throw-back or a modern looking performance machine for each owner's desires.

I'll take the fascia of the sd-290 concept with less of a lip and be completely content.

Just wanted to show you my wife's new mesh grille we had made for her car. The quality of the material is outstanding. It was a little tough to get a good fit but the company that made it was great to work with. They are looking for a local sol owner to fine tune the fit and finish of the grille. They are in the Brentwood CA area. If you are interested, please PM me. We hope you like it. Have a good one.

Hey ByeBye, could you send me the pic you posted. It doesn't show up
on my computer for some reason. slysolstice07@yahoo.com

Thanks
