Revisiting the Engine Cover Mod

I know that many people have done this before but I thought that I might share this all of you.

Look what happens when there is an idle weekend and I have a lot of time on my hands.



Two coats metal gray, detailing in ceramic caliper paint, and two coats clearcoat spray.

Yes, I got the fuse box too - picture me sitting there with a toothpick filling in that little stripe with red paint . Good thing I am OCD!

One of the things that I love about this forum is that every one is very supportive of even the smallest and simplest modifications. Mods do not have to be huge or costly but they all speak to the fact that we love our cars!

Looks really great....I know we discussed the bullet alum. covers in another thread, but just wanted to let you know I saw a car in Vegas with red anodized cover and it looks fantastic...it won best under the hood (as well as best in show)...so others thought so as well....just FYI only.
