Anyone out there with experience ordering from Vansdesigns. I placed an order a little while ago and I have not been able to get these people to respond to e-mail or
voice-mail. Has anyone dealt with them before?

I am having the same problem with them. I am not impressed at this point.
They were quick enough to cash my PayPal credit but they have not responded to my emails either.
I ordered from them at the end of March and emailed them last week and have not heard anything back from them. Perhaps I should try calling them too. I am not that impressed at adding long distance charges to the money that I have already sent them. In fact, I am not that impressed at all - as I don't have a lot of $$ to simply throw away.
Any one else have difficulties?

they have been good in the past....they are a home based business....beleive working out of his garage basically, he has supported the last two nationals....and some local events...be patient .....and try another email to them...PM and I'll see if I have another email address from them.....

You do know Miner that if you don't get what you paid for, you can get your money back from Paypal?

Due to some family health issues I have not been as attentive as I usually am. I nassure everyone who has placed orders that I will be shipping them ASAP. As indicated in one of the above posts I do run this design business on my own in my house as well as working full time in the sign shop. Not intended to be an excuse, just facts of life.

I received your email and I wanted to make sure that I posted about it because I would not want anyone to think that I was an unsatisfied customer.
I understand about medical stuations - I have had a few of my own recently. I sincerely hope that yuor medical issues are resolved and I apologize if my previous post slurred you or your product in anyway as it was certainly not my intention.
I am sure that you will send my order when you get the time and I look forward to receiving and installing my vents and light covers. I will admit that I was some what nervous after not having any response , feedback or delivery after 5 weeks but you have put my fears to the side.

i have emailed him through the website and here on the forum, but still no response!!!
i debadged those arrows on the fenders to put these on!!! GRRR i contemplated for over a year to see if i wanted to spend money for these and now i can't even get them in a timely manner
It took a while, but I got my backup light covers and side grill kits from him about 10 days ago. Nice products. Was worth the wait for me.
