Oh Good God! I think I need to change my shorts. Those numbers are awesome!

As soon as I get settled down in my new apartment next month (separating from the Marine Corps ) I'll definitely be ordering this kit, along with new I/C piping and the Dejon intake.

Thanks Ghost, not sure how I missed that.

On that graph it obviously gets real rich top end, is that to reduce knock? It killed power numbers.

Thats the computer going into limp mode on the graph. AFR was steady 12:1, regardless of what you see there.

OK so you mean you tuned it for 12:1 but it obviously wansn't running that top end, so its the limp mode killing the power. Hrm. I wish we could get around that : /

You can get around it, I do. With a Manual Boost controller and either our "Over-BOOSTER" or IAT2-Reg set at 23psi.

What were the little bugs you encountered with the turbo kit?

Thanks,
Russ

Dejon 5027 Ball bearing turbo kit with Garrett 5027RE by Precision Turbo
Dejon Pipes + Greddy RS BOV
Dejon Boost controller
Dejon 2.75" Ceramic coated catless DP
Magnaflow 3" Exhaust
QTP 3" Stainless Electric cutout (It was CLOSED on all of these runs so the dyno would reflect street performance. Could probably gain 10hp or more up top with it open)
Fujita Intake (This HAS to go, it is way too small at 2.5" for this setup and doesnt fit the dejon correctly, going to a 3" dejon intake to match)
RPI Intercooler
Westers Base tune to eliminate ecm nannys and up to 7000 rpm limiter with adjusted fueling through HPTuners by me

93 OCTANE PUMP GAS!

SAE Numbers
21 Psi - 333 RWHP - 301 RWTQ
23 Psi - 341 RWHP - 341 RWTQ
25 Psi - 365 RWHP - 352 RWTQ

The 23 and 25 psi runs stopped early at 5600 rpms, the fuel isn't there on the current tune (I tuned it at 21 psi) for it to pull all the way to redline, But I imagine at 25 psi she stands to pull to close to 400rwhp on PUMP GAS if the graph continues like the 21psi pull was, perfect nice and smooth. It was HOT HOT HOT outside, 92-95 degrees on each pull ambient and 30% humidity. I'll post the sheet tonight when I get home from my parents' house.

Lookout hahn racecraft, you're about to lose the quickest 4cyl kappa title when I can get back to the strip and put some race gas in her

Howcome you ended all the runs at 6500? It looked like it was still making power. I think it will sustain torque for another 1K at least.
