Well, I did my first "MOD". I purchased the BOV spring from DEJON, installed it (bolts are a pain to get out/in) and... no difference. I knew there was no performance difference, but I was expecting a louder "pssh" (isn't that what it's supposed to accomplish ?). It sounds exactly the same. Oh well, it was only $13 and I got to do some tinkering.

i have not looked at their exact spring but normally when vendors offer springs they are at a stiffer rating. this being said all it will do is stop the bov from blowing off early or in vac. out of my experience with stiffer springs they did stop the bov sound when i granny shift around town in vac. sound difference was almost nothing also.

I put in a BOV spring as well. It did not make much difference. However, a Dejon CAI made a ton of difference.

Lots of sound from the turbo and BOV.
