Man once I can slap this on a plug something into the computer to run it right I am so down for this! Hmmm Road trip to Ohio could be fun LOL

Oh I see ya got the ball bearing turbo as well. Sweet. I may just have to do this on a few months once things settle down and around here.

Dave - I'm excited about the 50 and 57 trim, have you tested the fuel systems capability with the 57 trim? KB boost a pump necessary, any input?
We calculated 474hp fuel capacity at 80% I'd recommend a pump voltage increasing device with the 57trim turbo.

If you also have supporting parts to handle 45% increase in airflow, software to lower AFR, and boost control to get 23psi to redline, 375hp at 23psi and 6300rpm. Saturday, I ran 394hp at 25psi boost but got some erratic 02's I think due to the 4" Magnaflow Cat I'm using. I should be able to go higher when I get the SOLO 5" cat downpipe.

Based on his spec.s that would be crank hp.

Your butt dyno would have to be dead to not feel this.

the PE value becomes the commanded a/f at wot. It actually starts working at lower thresholds if you chose to change those values.

Im starting to believe that it's more. The BSFC on this engine is very low.
Ive seen as much as 48lbs/min thru the motor and w/ 51% max dutycycle on the log.

When the weather breaks pack up some goodies and drive that thing up here. We'll have a good ol' test and tune on my dyno. your only about 4hrs from me. My buddy Brian makes it here from cleveland in about 5.5.

It's based on airflow thru the engine, not a dyno wheel

Either hptuners isnt reading the duty cycle correctly or gm gave us 1000hp injectors
These can be relatively small injectors but running them at 2000psi increase fuel flow dramatically.

I guess we'll find out in time, I've seen Injector pulse widths over 10 in some conditions when my 02's went Wako due to (I think) the 4" magnaflow cat.
I've had no clutch problems yet, I wonder what it's capable of?

When we get full tuning capability this car will be awesome.

For some reason I thought Ol' double D was in NE ohio instead of NW.
Oh well. Springtime!

Once the wife and I decide on a house and move I'll be putting up a huge pole barn for the DYNO /machine shop. Then all my crap will be under one roof and we can start planning:
The "1st annual Killer Kappa party cruise & Dyno bonanza"

The Dragstrip is about 30min from where were looking to buy, and the specific property is over 40 acres in the country. Lots of Kappa's and Tents will fit on 40acres....
