The Greddy RS BOV has 2 springs inside it's guts. Can I use only 1?

Can I take 1 of the springs out to make setting softer? I've installed your pipes and now I'm getting a turkey noise which seems that the factory cbv is still funcioning as it's the same noise I was getting before. I'm hoping I can maybe remove of the two springs thus making the whoosh more pronounced (It's very hard to adjust the BOV to get this sound every time. I bought the BOV SOLELY for the sound and thus far it sucks.
1) I ran the nipple hose into the BOV T'd the solenoid ran the blue hose to the CBV. Some people recommended running a hose into the intake manifold from BOV. Many are suggesting block off plate but I figure it's a waste of money.
When I adjusted it I started with the hardest setting and let a couple twists out on the adjustment screw then test drove. Another couple twists and so on. Sometimes I was able to get the nice hissss, but the turkey like sound was overwhelming and to be honest it is very embarrassing.
