Everyone that I have spoke to said the the Intercooler upgrade is one of the biggest bangs for your buck and I definitely will be upgrading mine before I get the ECM tune. Sounds like you have most of the upgrades to help the tune reach it's potential, but do you have the IC piping and elbow? (Dejon) If not, then he has a package deal that includes the entire setup (IC and pipes) JMO

You also would probably want to consider swapping out your standard hose clamps on the pressurized side of the intake (turbo outlet and beyond) with T-bolt clamps, and may want to consider a steel intake elbow that connects to the TB, as the stock clamp is integrated into the piece. I believe some have swapped the clamp on the stock unit out, but am not 100% positive.

T-Clamps are a must. Know one one Sol who got the tune and went out to test it a blew off a hose -- the OEM clamps are just not that good.

I did that too. More than one time.... after adding the new throttlebody piping for the mater/methanol injection.

Intercooler is a really good investment with the tune ... lots and lots of torque
