That torque curve is crazy. Look at the hp curve too. He's pretty much over 250whp throughout the entire rev range. That's awesome.

That is awesome torque. With the mods the stock turbo is done at 4500 RPM as opposed to 5000 on a fairly stock car. It seems that the little turbo just won't make anything more than 290HP at the tire no matter what. If you look at how the curve should continue on on the HP graph it could have made 335 to 350 HP somewhere in that range.
Did you have a wideband sniffer on it on the dyno? I've found even with mods the air/fuel tracks well on these cars, but as with any performance car, there can be variances with modifications that will cause changes in the air/fuel ratio.
I'm really looking forward to what kind of HP can be made with the upgraded turbo wheel.
Bryan

Bryan,
I had a set back with the turbocharger that was send to BTF. It is no good and another one had to be procure.
Hopefully we can get back on track next week.
So maybe by October 10th, you or whom ever of the tuners wants to be 1st, can take a crack at the upgraded wheel.

That torque is nuts, how high did you set the airload in the mid range Alvin?

Was really hoping I was going to see more power but alas, can't always have what you want. The guy who dyno'd it for me said their dyno is a bit conservative and said on other dyno's, I would probably show another 10hp than what you see here.

He hooked up his HPTuners to my car on the third dyno run. He said I definitely need more fuel as I am running lean and he also said I need to increase the timing. I don't have HPTuners to do this so I'm hoping Bryan can help me out with this.

Oh, and he also told me there is 0 knock so that is very good.

People who aren't familiar with the lnf will always say that, its running too lean and timing is too low, don't sweat it that's how its supposed to run.

hmmmmm

Wish I could figure out why I'm not getting nearly as much power as some of the other PCMForLess dyno's I've seen...

Once I get my new ECM with the stock tune, I will do a dyno run with that to get a good base result.

Not for nothing, but doesn't 392ft./lbs. of torque seem a bit high since this is the only dyno that we have seen with even close to that number? Can our transmission handle that much torque?

What kind of dyno were you running on? If that's a Dyno Dynamics dyno, you're spot on.

It was an in-ground DynoJet.

Looking at your torque vs. the one it was posted earlier on the Dynojet.
I can tell you you are probably generating RWHP figures of 250 - 255.
Like the operator said his Dyno is probably set correctly vs the Dynojets inflated numbers.

I don't have dyno but I do have 1/4 mile times. My 2008 gxp auto with a BSR Tuner and drag radials no other mods best time is 13.22 1/4 and 0-60 in 4.47. The last time I was at the drag strip I ran a 13.33 1/4 a 102.34 MPH. Hope to get in the 12 soon. My GT2 timer had my rwh peek at 280 HP and avg. at 255HP.
