I dont want to sound like a mean person but wow, im pretty ticked off to say the least right now! Started to install the new BOV system and ended up destroying my new $300 intake, destroying my stock intake, destroying one of my new intercooler pipes which was $140 for that single pipe because I was told that all I had to do with my aftermarket intake and pipes was to cut them to fit the BOV pipes and NOTHING OF THIS SYSTEM FITS!!! Even using the stock intercooler piping it was off by 2", the top rubber elbow was jammed against the hood bar, the breather pipe was rubbing against my engine cover which I recently painted (now scratched up), and now my car is unable to drive until I buy a new intake and new intercooler pipes and fitting (which will be a while because I dont have the money) and not even use the BOV! I am going to miss the car show this weekend and I had to ask my neighbor to borrow his car for a while.
I have always been a hardcore Hahn fan but now I dont know any more, I just lost a lot of money that I put in my car which took me a long time of saving.

Uh oh..I am sure Hahn will chime in here and make it right for you.
Seth, that sucks. Can you post pics so we can try and figure out what went wrong?
i'm sure someone on the forum would have a stock intake to sell you for cheap.

ok, after 9 hours and 4 people working on it I got the system in with my stock airbox (we had to make temp brackets for right now to hold it in until I get a new intake) and with my right stock intercooler pipe. We adjusted the BOV about 14 or 15 times and test drove it between adjustment and we couldnt tell any big difference. The BOV is almost completely silent and doesnt make that cool wooshing noise, still getting the same amount of lag, and still boosting the same. We are still going to try to keep adjusting it and hopefully we will find that magical spot. I will take pictures later today and post them.
If anyone has experience with aftermarket BOVs please let me know how the best way to adjust it, thanks!

I have to say that Mr. Hahn is a great guy. He got in contact with me very quickly and helped me with some of the problems that I came across. Come to find out that I wasn't even adjusting the BOV because I was doing it wrong from misinterpreting the directions Well I started off with the BOV very soft and then very hard to feel the difference and then kept on adjusting between the two to find the stop that worked the best (which is near middle but a little bit hard) and I was amazed at what this thing can do! Practically no lag, shot straight to 18psi and stuck. Didn't back down off of boost and when I shifted BAM! right to 18psi again! This would have to be the first time that I have been slammed to my seat when I shifted gears!
As far as my install goes learn from me to double check everything when installing this or anything else in your car. But come to find out that my intake was really hurting my car so im not so bummed out that it is messed up now.
Thanks Mr. Hahn for taking some of your own time to help me out! Hahn customer for life!
