lean condition is due to the o2 is seeing more air than it expects. this could be a leak/bad gasket in the exhaust before the o2 sensor (turbo or manifold) or there is an actual fueling issue where the computer commands a certain amount of fuel, but the mechanical parts arent providing the fuel.
If it only happens right after you fill up. I wouldnt spend any time looking at anything other than the fuel delivery system. Advise the service department to check the tank vent. You could possibly be creating a vacuum condition if the tank has a vent issue. I would also have the dealership change the cap, it is supposed to prevent this.

Just for HA-HA's next time you fill up, used the slowest fill position on the gas pump. If the problem goes away, have the dealer drop and clean your tank, you may have something in there that gets stired up when you fill up and blocks the pump intake.

I would say you have a problem with your fuel pump/pick up. When you turn the ignition (not the starter) do you have an eletric motor buzzing over your shoulder in the tank? It sounds like something is blocking the ability to send fuel from the tank. Remember you have an electric pump in the tank and the engine-driven pump up front.
Maybe the dealer is inexperienced with the new high pressure fuel system. Some dealers might be dumb enough to not realize that your Sol has a very different fuel system then your usual port injected engine. My dealer was too stupid to know that my car took synthetic oil so I had made them redo the oil change.

So here is something else ... turns out that alcohol contamination can also set the code in question. Do you have ethanol in your gas? Do you always fill up at the same station?

I would just scan it when it's acting up to see what's being commanded (pw, timing, etc) It will point you in the right direction at least.
maybe crap on the MAF?
I wonder if you unplugged the purge solenoid just post fillup if it will act up?
Possibly sluggin fuel from the tank?
