We have had lots of rain lately and a new tank of gas is the culprit...I suspect. Also, I have a GMPP CAI, and I know CAI create a louder sound (air rushing in) but then subsides...but today I have a "whistle" effect while either driving or idling with a little bit of the gas pedal depressed. Not very noticeable, but new sound nontheless. Probably nothing, but anybody else nitpick new noises

I had that whistle until Deep replace my clamps with T bolts. Instantly the whistle was gone. (We are not talking about the surge valve whistle when you let up on gas but a whistle when you step on the gas)

Replace those clamps.

I'm not sure of the purpose, I've timed it in the past.

Correct...I have the T-bolts, just procrastinating putting them on. Thanks for the reply on the whitsle and I'll post if the sound goes away (I'm sure it will)
