If you have the GM Tune and the stock turbo, please list your fastest 1/4 times. I just want to see what everyone is running. Also, please list if your car is auto or manual, and any performance mods other then the tune.

Are you guys saying the MPH is factored by your 60' times? If so, how is this done? Why wouldn't they just have a radar at the finish line?
60 foot's make or break a drag race, I was throwing down 3 second 60's all day and that was causing my quarter to be low in proportion to my trap's, I think my best was 14.00 at 107. If I could get my 60's into the mid to low 2 seconds then I would be running 13.5's-13.3's.
Oh, I understand. I had to think about this for a minute. Regardless of you 1/4 time if your 60' improves your 1/4 drops. Got it.
It didn't make since at first because I just read an article where a guy ran 2.4 60' but hit the 1/4 at 11.7. If he can hook up the traction he would be in the low 11's.

The more you spin off the line higher your MPH will be.
Lower the 60' time lower your ET and your MPH will be.
Think of it like this the more you spin longer the distance your tires travel (more revolutions), longer the track, higher the MPH.
Figure a 1.9 is pretty good 60' time in our cars, they don't have the torque to really let them get a great holeshot. More likely with good track prep, the people in front of you not dragging water to the line and your ability to launch the car I would expect to see a lot of 2.0 60' times.
Drag racing is a race of acceleration not speed. Watch NHRA Pro Stock class if you want to see a race where it comes down to even matched cars and the race is decided by the Reaction Time of the driver.
And NO your RT does not affect your ET. The clock starts once the front tire rolls out of the starting beam.
A good rule of thumb is to double the reduction in 60' times to see changes at the end.
If you dropped 60' from 2.2 to 2.0 you can expect .4 drop in your ET. Might not be exact with turbos but for NA it is very accurate.

Your arithmetic gives me hope for FAR better times. I never spent much time learning the math of drag racing. It always impresses me what some can deduced from a timeslip.
I witnessed an auto GXP do 2.0 flat repeatedly on stock tires, just yesterday.
