I've noticed the same problem with my header setup as well....Not sure if I should just go to track auto and get a gasket from them. Thoughts?

I can't crank on the the nuts enough with my 6-inch open-end to overtighten. And I don't check more that once every few weeks. The first time I tightened only because I noticed the shifting gasket. And like you, only tightened a couple nuts about 1/10 of a turn.

No, I think that the angle of the header flange is not quite compatible with my setup, and that thermal expansion must exacerbate the misalignment. The thermal cycling is gradually pushing the gasket sideways. It has now pushed it so far that it has carved out the stud holes, which are now oval shaped. This is the only explanation I can come up with for the constant slow shifting of the gasket in a single direction.

The three fiber gaskets I blew just could not tolerate the shift at all. The AL gasket has not blown, but is badly misaligned now with oval stud holes.

Nope. Mine will be for sale in late October, Lord willing.

I'm just going DDM from block to exhaust tip with their long tube headers, high flow cat, and 2.75" exhaust.

Let me say that, after getting two bolt and gasket issues behind me, I love my Clear Image shorties. They just have to go when I get the S/C (Lord willing )!
