Well it looks like I will be finally ordering the solo NA single exhaust next week. Of course I don't have the install instructions since I have yet ordered. However I have a few questions. I installed the CAI and headers by solo myself so I am wondering is the exhaust easier than the headers? What do I need because I only have a set of jack stands and the jack to start with. I am thinking I need quite some clearence under car. So I guess how hard and what do I need to install as well as any information regarding this would be helpful. I will know more when I get the install instructions but I can use all help available.

I did my Solo Mach Duals with Res for N/A myself in about 2 hours taking my time. I had a pair of Rhino Ramps I used to lift the front. Then I jacked up the back relatively level and put two jackstands underneath to support the rear. I then installed my system from the stock Cat back. Car was solidly supported.

Did see anyone post like this so here ya go

Once you get it up on jacks, take out the O2 sensor, and set it aside, remove the two nuts from the cat, give the exhaust good shake and set on the floor. Get some WD40 and spray the 4 hanger hooks at the muffler. Us a "large" flat tip screw driver and pry the hangers off. Have someone else support it or use something as for it may drop on you (ouch, speaking from experience)

New exhaust, take the front section and install it with the nuts on a few threads. Hang the muffler on the rubber hangers. Solo comes with an extra support for the center of the car in the tunnel. You will need to hold up the exhaust to the car to see which nut you need to take off to install the bracket for the new hanger. install the other sections with the clamps one and snug them up. Once the who exhaust is mildly tightened up, tighten the CAT bolts and install the O2 sensor. Make sure you twist it counter clockwise before inserting the O2 sensor so that when it is tightened, the wire isn't twisted.

Tighten up the rest after you install the tip and check for allignment.

Thanks that really helps! Just the info I am looking for from the valuable members on here.

Hey man
I installed the SOLO SQR2 with the help of a friend. Like stated earlier if you have a friend that owns a garage with a lift or even a drive on lift install would go alot faster.
But if you dont I used 2 gator ramps for the front and lifted the the back end up and placed 2 jack stands in the back. Had plenty of room to get under the car.
Yes the exhaust is alot easier than the headers.
I put on the headers and SOLO Hi-flow cat.
Remove 2 bolt from the cat there is a hanger in the middle of the car and the hangers in the back. I put alittle soapy water on the rubber hanger to ease them off.
It will talk alot less time than the headers did.

Awesome! Great info and that looks to be the way I am going to with the ramps and jack stands. I am glad it is easier than the headers I hoped it was. Thanks again.
