That is what the kit is universal. You will still need a turbo manifold. And the right piping.

It would be a waste of your money to buy a kit like this.

All those cheap turbo kits on ebay are garbage, the turbo's are cheap knock offs that will fall apart in no time. Ask your self how can all those parts in the kit cost a mere $900 when a garrett turbo itself costs that much if not more.

I too have been dreaming of adding a turbo to my 2006 2.4 and have seen those cheap units on ebay. I felt they were too cheap and too universal to work well on my car. My father always said you get what you pay for and if it sounds too good to be true, it is.

get a turbo kit from the supporting vendors.

They already have a manifold ready for your engine.

They will last waaaaay longer compared to the cheap-o turbos....

JDM japanese domestic market ? can't say i know much about'm....no doubt shopping a decent turbo is not going to be the hard part of any kit
tho universal ..lol..might not be a wise choice - educate yourself / figure out what your goals are and which turbo suits that plan....figure out how much TIME you really have to learn, study, and dedicate......resources...lol welders, fabricators, help, etc
shop the rest of everything you'll need...not that you'll know cuz the list GROWS AND GROWS ..takes on a life of its own...just get a good picture of what you intend for your set up and come "brainstorm " this brain fart here...see what you're forgetting/ add it up....... $900 is a tease.... sounds great while you're browsin ebay......an day dreaming
.. WHAT I DO KNOW ..lol.. is putting together your own kit is not cheap or for the weak hearted..... $900 sounds good but thats farrrrrr far away from the total you'll REALLY need... the rest adds up EXPOTENTIALLY..... and assembling components is just the start...... not impossible but unless you're a gear head up to the challenge..of figuring everything out yourself...more headaches than you realise....( ok i wasn't a gear head and maybe its not that tuff )...still THERE'S THE TUNING.....imo thats the determining factor of safety no matter how much you spend on primo or bargain components your tune is the most important component->thats the real nitty gritty much easier now than a coupla yrs ago.....but you better have that figured out TOO..... SHOP THAT ! cuz once finished you still are grounded without a tune
i'm sure you can shop some good deals ! but don't under value the support and experience here ...with complete tuned kits..
.or the "down time" you'll require as you muck along with diy.I ASSUME ITS NOT YOUR DD......or just forget it...its not going to be a big $$ saver diy...i dayum sure don't see that - of course i didn't try to cut any corners..... i did it........... long boring story , happy ending...........big fun @ autox.... an adventure.....lotsa ups and downs.....too much "good for your character" involved for me to encourage this to another noob......that said - just Do It one thing at a time...if i got through it so can you

I know that some people have had success with the Ebay Turbos. They replace the internals with Garrett components though! It ends up being a good value but, you do get what you pay for.
