No one here here would be offended if I had to change my pants over the widebody pics right? Right? Wow. My poor poor piggy bank is on a diet right now. But someday, when he's nice and fat, I would love to smash him in your honor Norm. Again. Really. P.S. Norm, I owe you some glamorous hood photos, like tomorrow/today. It's only been.... almost 2 years. Life happened, a lot. Ha Ha Ha!

Shoppin' list - not posted in case wife checks the forum.
Saw that you used exhaust manifolds from a Camaro. Any clearance issues with the accessory drive setup from the 'vette? I know when Hot Rod Magazine did their LS-7 build, they used the accessory drive parts for a CTS-V...

yeah the cts accessories would be nice or even the camaro setup too, but they are just a little too expensive for my blood. maybe down the line ill change them but for now there is plenty of room for all of them. when i test fit the hood it was tight but fit.
the vette manifolds wouldn't work, they dumped straight down onto a cross member, the camaro manifolds fit perfect however the O2 sensor on the driver side wouldn't fit due to the steering shaft. so i bought a $3.00 O2 sensor plug, and welded a new bung into the downtube. easier access to it with a wrench this way as well.
small update, got my bulkhead fitting. took the fuel pump out and put the bulkhead through the top where the pressure sensor was. moved the pressure sensor over an inch or so for room.
exciting news, it RUNS!
been working on the wiring this weekend, fired right up it was amazing.
next i have to pull the harness back out of the car and wrap it with wire loom.
also mounted the c5 pedal, fit perfectly feels identical to stock
haven't posted any updates lately so here are a couple pics
got some autometer gauges
also added a push button start
i tried to load a short video of it running but wouldnt work, i guess ill have to research what im doing wrong.
still a few odds n ends to button up, i really want to go for a test drive but it seems the snow will not let up just ran it through the gears up on jackstands
next step is to put the front cover back on, make an intake tube/filter assembly, etc.
