Ah that's right, I remember that was coming from late last fall, early winter. Will definitely avoid!

lake delton fish????

saw this in the Wisconsin state journal: Thursday 4-16-09

Brewery donation to aid lake Dalton fish
the Jacob leinenkugel brewing co will donate $5,000.00 to aid in restoring lake Dalton's fish habitat.
the sauk county lake which drained last June.
was a popular fishing destination for bass and walleye anglers.

the lake is scheduled to be back to regular water levels by next month for water sports but the fishery will likely take years to return to it previous state.

on Monday, village trustees will release 9 million minnows into the lake to serve as forage for fish scheduled to be stocked later this year

leinenkugel's has pledged to raise $40,000. for the re-stocking initiative.

Well it looks like I'm a maybe, probably yes on this one now. I've got a nagging knee injury and have been told to work on strengthening it this year and do the marathon next year..joy....so with that out of the way the Dells looks very doable.

I've heard nothing but good things about the Wisconsin gatherings, I'm looking forward to getting up that way and meeting more of the Wisconsin Sky/Sol people!

Hey BillyBob...any new road news you can share out in your neck of the woods?

I'll be biking around the Elroy area this weekend so I plan to double-check a few of the roads from my route last year.

As for a pre-run...I'm thinking a weekday in early September, maybe when the kids are back in school and traffic is lighter.
