Could have been me--I talked to Karen--said the Solstice group and you could tell she was smiling by the way her voice changed! So, I am booked too!

Tell him it's a short drive . . . especially if you take the high speed ferry across to Milwaukee. You have to do it if you haven't been on it before. Ask UptownMarie about this, I think she's done the ferry the past couple of years, and it sure beats driving around the lake.

2-3 years ago I had to give a presentation to a group in Grand Rapids. I was coming from Northern Wisconsin. I took the midnight crossing on the old ferry and was on the road in Ludington, Michigan by 6:00 AM. Had breakfast with my cronies in Grand Rapids and made my presentation about 11:00 AM. Had lunch, gave another presentation to a different group in the afternoon, then dinner and a quick trip to Muskegon and caught the hi-speed ferry to Milwaukee. Back in Wisconsin before midnight. It was a fun 24 hours.

Hi Sol-Forum people...

My name is Rob and I just woke from hibernation and found a similar looking car in my garage.

I would like to partake in your autumn weekend festivities this year. I have booked my room for Friday and Saturday night as well. Please put me down on your list of attendees.
