Okay WPA folks....here is the 2008 schedule for the fun Auto Cross runs at BeaveRun:

April 2..............4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
April 19..........10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
April 30............4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
May 7..............4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
May 21.............4:00PM - 7:00 PM
June 7............10:00AM - 4:00 PM
June 11...........4:00 AM - 7:00 PM
June 25...........4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
July 4............10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
July 9..............4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
July 23............4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Aug 6..............4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Aug 16..........10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Aug 27............4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Sept 6...........10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sept 10...........4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

BeaveRun is located two miles off of the Beaver Valley exit of the turnpike, or one mile off of the 351 exit of Route 60. It's accessed from Route 18 just outside of Koppel. The cost for a weekday event is $30 and a weekend event is $40. A five event mixed pass is $125. The fun runs are not SCCA events so they are run for fun. You get more runs in than during an SCCA event. Last year I ran an SCCA event and had a ball. This year I want to run the fun runs to get more seat time and to build up experience. I'm posting this info to see if anyone else is interested in coming out to have fun with the "zoom, zoom" cars. Last year was my first time auto crossing in over thirty years and my Solstice still placed me in front of over fifteen of the "zoomers." The facilities are really nice and the time behind the wheel is well worth the cost. Let me know if anyone's interested.
Here's a link to BeaveRun so you can see their facilities and their programs: BeaveRun Motorsports Complex

This is the second offer I've gotten and I really appreciate them both. But I may like it too much so maybe just a ride. Besides somebody has to set the cones back up (or go find them).

Oh its MUCH scarier riding than driving .... just ask Dan!

And finding the cones was easy .... I took it with me! That is why they only counted ONE against me and now TWO!
