Photos On Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Web Site

I was checking out the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Web Site to find out the date for next years race and found an updated gallery from this year's event. When I had checked it out earlier this year our Solstices were not shown. Well we are now! If you follow the link and go to the "2007 Parade Through Schenley Park" you will find a picture of a beautiful line of Solstices driving through one of the race turns. Oh what a beautiful sight.

'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride'!!!!!!!!!! Got that from a junk e-mail but it works!!!

That's a nice pic of my car with the granddaughter of the late mayor.

I ran into Miss Pennsylvania (Rachel Brooks) while I was at PaceCar's ALS event. We chatted about the GPVP & I promised to send her the photos I took of her & Miss Golden Triangle. I guess I should get moving...

Here's Miss GT for you Wartie.
