The company is named Cham Easy. Their web site is CHAMMYMAN.COM Their telephone number is 1.800.676.6277 I've finally found the trick to using mine correctly. You have to hold it almost vertical when you use it as compared to a California Blade which you hold almost flat to the panels of your car. After you get used to it, it does a good job.
