Door Key for Tidewater Area

I have been to over a dozen key makers in VA and NC and I finally found one today who can make a door/glover compartment key. The idea is to have a spare key to get into the car if you lock your keys in the trunk (Guess who

) . The GM key is bulky and expensive and doesn't fit in my wallet too well. The one I got ($5) looks like the stock, but the black plastic comes off .... Call first I used his last blank

It might be a good idea to announce this on the Skyline Drive Cruise. I'm not saying who mind you but he helps me with our dinner reservations.
