Hey there Backstage. I remember, you showed up near the end of the meet. It was pretty warm and the ice cream was well received. I have a code scanner. You can always goto a Autozone or Advance Auto Parts locally for a free scan of the codes. The meet is Oct 11, what goes on Oct 13? (besides it being a Gov't holiday and Columbus Day.)
Hey Joe,
You can put me down for fruit salad for the meet...
Thanks,
Busa2bad

I got an emissions leak code of some kind, didn't write it down....
Once I find out what's really wrong I'll pass the word.
Hope I can get it diagnosed/fixed before the 11th

NOT WAITING ANY MORE!
Hello all, Backstage here, I was the guy that brought ice cream one or two events ago...
Recently my Sol has started acting up and I was wondering if anybody from the area has a diagnostic reader that I could hook up to the car. I want to try to get a little info before I head to the dealer.
I'd be willing to drive a ways (the car still runs, it just hesitates instead of accelerates), and I would be amenable to doing this before the big mod on Oct 13.
I'm in Beltsville, if that matters.
Thanks,
Backstage
As far as Oct 13 goes, if I get my car fixed I may try to make it (no mods under consideration, just for the company)
I got that too and it ended up being a bad Cat convertor
Ok, everyone, I'm reserving the clubhouse by the beach. Everyone coming to the Meet is required to pay a $20.00 donation (myself and Dark Tech included). Any extra proceeds will go to the Fisher House Foundation.
This will facilitate the vendors, mods, parking, eating etc....
Paypal $20 to thediskdoctor2002@yahoo.com and make sure you include your Forum Name in the note section so I can mark you off the list.
October is really turning out to be a bad month for me. I'm going to try to make it to this for part of Saturday....but I'm going to give up the sleeping arragement to someone else that it can be of more use to.

I might have some mods for my Vette to bring down to join in on the fun....
I'll most likely be arriving friday as well. I'm going to be buying a porter cable with tons of stuff too, so provided i get them before the mod meet, that'll be another buffer on site.

Still planning to attend. I hope to come down on Friday like I did last time if that's AOK with the hosts. Mods Planned:
Side Marker --> blinker (I'll bring the parts along)
Blow off valve spring (Thx cheers)
Replace silicone hoses and T-Bolt clamps
Saggy seat upgrade (If there is still Room)
... Other suprirses . . .
I will also bring my Porter Cable and supplies to detail so we will have another buffer on hand for those that want to use it.
I'll be bringing some chips and Iced tea again. Thx Joe and the vendors for what will be a great time.
Morfious I can help you with the silicone hose replacements and anything else you might need.
