Here are the details for the Massapequa PAL 7th Annual Charity Car Show being held on Sunday, September 13, after our diner meet. There is no registration fee, no admission.--just drive in. According to their flyer, they have the coolest trophies, cool prizes, raffles, vendor tables, food & beverages & a picnic area. The time is from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Parking Field M10 behind the Massapequa Train Station, 510 Parkside Blvd., Massapequa. Proceeds benefit the ACDS (Assn. for Children with Down Syndrome.

Shiny, I've got about 14 run booklets left and 27 cars signed up. A number of people still have last year's booklet, but we should probably knock out another 10 or 12, in case they forget them. Should I do it here on my printer, or is that something you can handle without piling up your workload this week? Don't be pressured. Say "no" if you can't!
Give me a count the Thursday before and I'll get them done for you. We have a new assistant in my office, maybe I'll make her do it!
I still don't have my car...in the shop now getting the hood and recessed grills put on and some other stuff touched up. Hopefully will have it back Thursday.

Tonight was the Northport show. Big turnout, lots of people talking about the car. The only person from this group that I didn't miss was ClassCat . . . because she was there! She earns her name every day! Thanx for coming by Cat. I was glad to see your face there and you stayed 'til we got thrown out! Denise especially enjoyed hanging with you!
Picked up a new couple as potential Forum members, Joe and Carmen. They have a Mysterious GXP and are interested in making the Gold Coast Run.
We keep growing as people find these cars and fall in love with them.
