Welcome to the Solstice Forum Subforum for LISSC (Long Island Solstice Sky Club). We originate from the Long Island, New York area, but some members are from the surrounding counties and upstate.

Discussions and events pertaining to LISSC will generally be found in this location. Events of local club meetings, gatherings, and runs will be discussed here. Just follow our thread as it has been referred to by our members as a soap opera. If you don't know what's going on just go back a few days or pages.

We meet on the second Sunday of every month at a diner for brunch. Usually around 9:30AM. We alternate between two diners:

Those early risers among us show up at OBI parking lot on Sunday mornings. You should plan on being there no later than 7:00 A.M. for any hope of getting spots together. If you show up later, you may have to park on the grass outside the parking area.

In the off-seasons, we show up at the Captree parking area.
