Lil'O is going to Riverhead GM for his first service on Monday at 10 AM. He's very nervous. It's just an oil change and tire rotation, but if anyone wants to come along for support, you can visit this dealer. We can browse the lot, steal all the brochures, annoy the salesmen with ridiculous questions; like that! It's right across the street from Riverhead Raceway.

Mine is going in Monday to get the bushings replaced as they have been making noise for some time. Dealer says the sway bar bushings are bad. I think there is a bulletin for it.

Thanx for the reminder, Steve. I'm going to ask about bulletins and recalls. I think I may be exempt from the upcoming rear-end recall. 2008's may have already been upgraded.

Check this out,
On the link below is Motortrends track run of two modified Solstices. (great video by the way) However, there was a third Solstice that was not run on the track, but only shown sitting there. It is the gold Club Racer.

OK guys, the unveiling of my mods is Sunday at the park. It's been an exciting week, I even left work early today because I was like a little kid that could not wait until tomorrow to see the results. I am extremely happy with the outcome. Yes I just swallowed Tweety Bird and I'm dying to tell. You heard 1Sgt there are a few things to show that I'm sure you'll all like. There are two of which I am sure no one has seen on this forum, I've not seen anywhere. I can only say that Bill Hahn thinks it looks great. So for now chew on that and if you don't show then you'll miss the opportunity to see these mods before anyone on the forum.

Sarge, is that the car Rich posted on that Motor trend link? The N/A club racer did'nt do much for me other than handle very well, but the second one they did'nt talk much about i believe is the GXP club racer now that's what I'm talking about that's a very nice car. But there is no way that car is going to be priced at 30 grand I can almost guarantee it will cost 40 or more we will see!!
