Thought I'd say hello. This forum sends an automatic "Happy B'day" and it triggered me to log on. Can't believe I haven't logged in since last August... time flies when life sucks.
I took care of some outstanding messages yesterday. So sorry to the guys that sent me message that went unanswered for so long. No slight intended. Believe me.
They fired.. um... excuse me... They "laid off" my entire crew and most of my peers just after the Hampton's run. I've had a jet liner strapped to my a-s ever since. If it's Wednesday, this must be some friggin' foreign continent!
I barely see my family anymore. Reports are my life. I easily spend 80 hours per week on meaningless drivel that nobody reads. When we're not making numbers we need to make paper, I guess. I have no time. Somethings had to give and, unfortunately, one of those things was the club and time on this forum.
I'd quit and retire, but that option is gone due to the down turn.
Oh... this message of mine is turning dark. I'll jump off now (no, not off a building).
Just wanted to say hello and let anyone that messaged me know that I really did not mean to be rude. Life and a whole lot of bad luck just got in the way.

My excuse is that I have been dancing my ass off to the sounds of the Bruno Brothers playing Bo Diddley and Chuck Berry. They get better every time. The bar was full of rowdy women. I would not have been surprised to find that they all owned Skys and Solstices and lived in New Jersey.
