Thanks Guys and gals for the birthday wishes your all great friends. Sorry I didn't make it to OBI i was so looking forward to it, my friends took me out last night for my birthday and we had a few to many drinks, plus getting home at 3am I was in no shape to get up at 6:45 . I must say I'm not used to going to clubs, been a while but the girls in these places are gorgeous and they wear so little it's great!!! I need to go out more often.
Man, I spent all day ripping my garage apart and redoing the entire thing.
This is a 2 1/2 car detached garage. I am insulating all walls, Adding a walk in door, since the old owner closed up the other one! . Doing floor to ceiling WHITE Peg Board, with the Gray Rubber "Coin Pattern" flooring, Air Conditioning, A ceiling fan to pull any heat above 90 degrees out the peak of the roof to help the AC. Alarmed to the teeth on it's own zone. I am installing 4 - 4 lamp 4' fluorescent light fixtures and 1 - 8 ft fixture. That is 760 watts of ceiling light. I should be able to see those stripe jobs pretty good now!
My garage is 20 x 28 with a tall ceiling and half the garage has a attic for storage. I want to go 15ft further back, but the wife is all over me.
I am also putting in a bookshelf Stereo, new shelving, and Heat for the Winter months. I will take pictures for you guys when I am done.
I am tired and going to bed. I started at 8AM this morning lifting 20 sheets of masonary peg board and 6 bundles of insulation..........finished at 10PM. I literally lost 7 pounds today. Back down to 220. I may have to do more work like this every weekend!

Changing gears from my last post, I forgot about the Beatle cover band (free ) concert at Tanner park in Copiague. It`s also cruz night there at the beach hut. So if any one is interested I`ll be there by 7pm. If the weather looks iffy I`ll take my other car and still catch the show without worrying about the Solstice.
