Oyster Bay was way cool! Met a new owner, Brian & Deb with a Wicked Merlot GXP, bone stock and drooling for mods!
New member Odiaz was there with his son and their Deep GXP. They go every Tuesday.
As I was describing the state of tune of Lil'Oggi to the umpteenth deliriously interested potential owner (Geez, GM really screwed the pooch here), I hear a voice at my shoulder saying "The Wester's tune is better." It's Andy the Doc (Two-Wheeler) and guess what? No more Solstice. He traded it in on a Kia Sol. Traded it in.
Now, Denise, my wife, the actual titled owner of Lil'O, whom you all know as a quiet little forebearing saint who puts up with me, turns to Doc and says, "Are you out of your f**king mind?"
Denise has been hunting for a new Kappa and Doc's was a prime choice. Boy was she pissed. I had to hear about it all the way home. I stuffed her with Sushi and plied her with Sake in an attempt to change the subject. Now we have to cruise the Kia dealer and see if we can hornswaggle it out of their possession for some reasonable amount.
Geez Doc, couldn't you at least given us a heads up? We would have done right by you.
Anyway, next Tuesday is Northport Cruise and Family Night. Who's in?

Still waiting to find out what is going on. They called today to ask me if I had done all my oil changes and did I used Mobil 1 synthetic! Of course the answer was yes! They said it could possibly be a bad fuel sensor and they were going to call me back (which they didn't). I will call and harass them again in the morning.
