Still waiting to find out what is going on. They called today to ask me if I had done all my oil changes and did I used Mobil 1 synthetic! Of course the answer was yes! They said it could possibly be a bad fuel sensor and they were going to call me back (which they didn't). I will call and harass them again in the morning.
Car is still in NJ, I am still on LI

Thanks Rich, no can do. Once they start working on it I have to let them finish or I could be charged. At least that's what another dealership told me when I called them to see if I could switch my car over.
At the prompting of Lil Goat and my mechanic I finally contacted customer service today as the dealership was trying to tell me that I "might" have a bad fuel sensor and did I only use Mobil 1 synthetic (they asked me this same question at least 3 times [I'm not sure how many ways you can say "YES I ONLY USE MOBIL 1 ]) because that could have an impact on the issue. AND if I don't have my invoices for those oil changes the parts may not be covered by my warranty. Well I jumped through hoops today (I'm quite agile) and now have a letter from my mechanic stating that the oil changes were done using only Mobil 1. It has been signed, notarized and faxed to all appropriate parties.
Yes, I am now a gearhead. I know because the news told me so!
