This is very true Reed. However, I had three consecutive phone calls from the tow company asking what kind of car was it because they'd never heard of it, how low did it sit and if it's that low will it go on a flatbed? You would think people that are contracted by Onstar/GM would know about the cars they are supposed to pick up.
