ah ok. Looking at the map, i'm guessing it's those big giant parking lots at the very end of the ocean parkway east? Doesn't seem too hard to get there at all

Not quite at the very end, that is Captree. The show moves there during the winter.
Its this lot a few miles before captree on the right.

It's nice out. Is this a lunch day... or drive day... or anything day?

I missed both OBI and the Dyno Day in Jersey. My kid is STILL SICK

and had a very bad night last night. I tended him and let my wife sleep. Just got up a few minutes ago.

I've got a route.

I'm extremely familiar with the back roads, East of the end of Sunrise Highway. I could keep us on back roads almost the whole way. Twisty. Great scenery. Avoid traffic.

The down side is we bypass the towns, so it might be good to go straight out in the morning, through the towns and enjoy them. Then use the back roads on the way back. If traffic builds early, we'd avoid it on the back roads.
