Does anyone know why I see some plastic head lights turn cloudy and or foggy for a lack of a better term? I'm even seeing my wifes 04 Saturn starting to slowly go.

Hey Tazz, The headlamps start to cloud up because the UV protection has worn off. There are kits out there that you can purchase that will clear them up, but I have not had any experience with it personally, so I don't know how well it works. I know of a body shop in my area that has made the repairs satisfactory. I also understand that Walmart, and most of the auto parts stores carry repair kits. Good luck!
What you use to clean the plastic lenses can also cause them to fog up. Soap and water we use on the rest of the car is good, specialized glass cleaners that you use on the windshield may not be so good.
