MASSC 4th Annual Regional Meet & Greet - Date Polll
Greetings fellow MASSCers! solli4me and I are back to work planning our 4th Annual MASSC Meet & Greet. We will be reprising our Skylands Rally route this year (minus the stop at Wild West City), and hope to have another great event with all of our MASSC friends.
There are two weekends in May available for the event, so we are setting up a poll to get an idea of participation numbers and figure out which weekend would work best for the majority.
If you are available for both weekends, please post so in the poll so we can get an accurate count on everyone's availability.

As far as the dates go - JustMike mentioned a possible Mecca which "may or may not" land on one of our projected weekends (5/16) and Joe just posted a new thread for his mod weekend on our other choice. (5/23.)
I'm thinking maybe we should plan for July or August. Gonna take it up with everyone...
As usual I'll be there to help in whatever way is needed (best not to let me lead the pack though)!!! My PA conference is May 23-28 so I will be in sunny San Diego for that weekend. Any other time should be A OK.

Me too. Diane, Karen & I are heading to Ohio on 4/30. Don't know what their schedule looks like for 4/25 but I'm off that weekend.
Don't schedule around me, but I wouldn't be able to do April for no other reason than I don't want to leave my dogs for that much time. My parents come to my house several times a day to feed them and let them out and that would be asking too much.
The SE Regional Meet in Myrtle Beach is the weekend of April 24-26. While I am not going, I believe a number of MASSCers are. With Easter weekend and other personal plans, I don't have any other free weekends in April.
Weekends I have free in July are the weekend of July 4th or July 11th.
August would have to be August 8th or later.
Maybe we could do a "local" one day event on Saturday April 25th for whoever isn't going to Myrtle Beach and push our Annual MASSC Meet and Great out until July or August?
Another option for a tide-us-over Spring Event is The Brandywine Valley Wine Trail "Barrels on the Brandywine". A small group of us did this last year and it was chilly but fun. It runs every weekend in March. I would propose Saturday, March 21st as a possible date.
