Tonight I got the prompt to do a little Sky stalking but it wasn't just any Sky, was a Midnight Blue Sky specific to my hometown.
This Sky is truly a one-in-a-million, since it has a Pontiac emblem on the waterfall where the Saturn badge should be. The car rolled off the assembly line like that, according to it's owner Loretta.
I followed Loretta and her Midnight Blue Sky to her home last year, talked her ear off, scribbled my email addy, invited her to our 2nd Annual Meet and hoped she'd show up on the forum. The addy was lost and a year has gone by.
So tonight we talked again, she spoke of her very recent accident and where she took the car for repair to a wonderful guy named Carlos, in the Ironbound section of Newark. While she was there she was approached by another stalker - this one was male, he was very gregarious, he drove a Solstice. Join us he said, "We're MASSC" he said, I'm getting my car painted he said. I work for NBC, he said.
'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride'!!!!!!!!!! Got that from a junk e-mail but it works!!!
