Stop #1 or #2 should be fine to get rid of any residual breakfast beverages. And I may need either a stop at #3 or #4. I guess we would just give a heads-up to the Road Captain on the radios if we need to make a stop?
I'll try not to drink a lot of water on the run, but I hope those in my group will understand that I cannot totally skip food and water for 5 hours straight. I can get a nasty migraine if I go too long without eating or drinking water. (And believe me you don't want me trying to navigate T2TR with a migraine. )
I'll definitely have some granola bars on board to cover the food issue. And while I will need to sip some water along the way I'll try to wait until later in the run. No need to worry about time if we do stop, as I am not the type to dawdle at a pitstop.
there should be a conti-brekkie at at least the Hampton...plus there is a Wendy's next door and the ubiquitous McD's as well....no reason to skimp on breakfast....
just make sure that it is not spicy or heavy if you feel that the twisties will react to your GI tract. Also...definitely bring along bottled water if you need to do so.
Just remember that all that jostling on 26 & 555 WILL have an effect on your bladder...also the seat belt will be continuously pressing against your bladder as you are flung hither and yon.
Having said that...no one will be forced to "suck it up"...if you gotta go..we'll stop...
Remembering.....if you don't need to go...then you don't really need to get out of your cars for a BS session either....a stretch of the legs - definitely...but when your RC says let's go.....don't be standing at the cash register buying snacker-doodles or you could end up in the next group coming along.

These maps contain the driving instructions along with maps detailing each direction.
Some of the run highlights are listed on the maps as well. The maps are in PDF format.
these maps are extremely well done and an invaluable asset...especially if you have a co-pilot / navigator to read them to you and you spin around the curves at a rate of speed too great for you to even FOCUS on the maps yourselves

I can personally vouch for the seat belt pressing on the bladder on 555. It was not a pleasant experience.

Looks like the PB sandwich cookies are running 1st shift next week. They have chocolate between the PB filling on the cookie. We may have a few of the fully chocolate covered PB out on the donation dock. I'll see what I can do!

my wife wants to know if you have any lemon or mint cookies
We don't make any lemon anymore, but I saw that there is a chocolate covered mint cookie running on Friday this week. I'll try to snag some!

I work for a cookie manufacturer! We make cookies for some of the world's largest food companies and we make some cookies you probably are familiar with!
Dengel - BTW, I checked with my friend who takes care of the donations. She said there are a ton of chocolate covered PB cookies out on the dock! I'll have to remember to grab some tomorrow.
