OSU vs. Iowa Tailgate & Football Game - Columbus, OH - Sat. November 14th

The Hawkeyes are playing the Buckeyes in the Shoe! Saturday November 14th...Game time is still TBA.

OK Kids...time to start figuring out who all is going, where us outta towners are staying, and what the plan is!

Figured I'd start the thread since I'll see a few of you potential game goers next week!

Who else? Danny says he's got a great tailgate set up for us through one of his friends. I did not sign up for 2 extra tix in the Iowa section, but I might be able to get some if we need.

Yeah, time to start planning. Plenty of great places to stay. Just let me know , I will make the reservations. Easton...Polaris...Tuttle Crossing...Hilton Hotels at Easton and Polaris, Marriott at Tuttle Crossing. I have 6 tix lined up... 4 seats together...2 seats together...can get more.. My friend has a great place near the stadium where he tailgates. We will provide enough "victuals" for everyone.....

After reading some of the Big Ten pre-season talk on the net today...this could end up being a really, really good game.

I am completely looking forward to this! Outside of Kinnick, I've only been to Northwestern, Indiana, & Purdue in the Big Ten! This is gonna be fun!!!

Thought it was time to stir the pot in case we need to wrestle up more tickets!

While I have no dog in this fight, I may be up for a fun weekend away for my birthday (Nov 9 - close enough!). Would need someone to secure a ticket for me, though.

Diane...that is a fantastic idea! Druid's B-day is the 15th! We can celebrate both.

As Danny posted, he can get more tickets. I can also probably get more tickets. If Iowa is good this year, tickets will be harder to come by for me. If Iowa is not so good, they'll be plenty of Hawkeye fans selling tickets.

I'll add you as a maybe to the list!! Hope you had a great time last week on vacation!

Excellent! I checked e-bay yesterday and they are steep! $300 for 2! Dang Iowa fans who like to travel and fill up stadiums!

That's a good question regarding how many tix we can get.

Right on!!! We'll have to figure out what our after game activities will include. Do we pick a hotel and party there since we have 8, do we tailgate somewhere depending on game time? We gotta do something!!!
