Some people do and some don't. If you do you may want to bring them some Dramamine. My wife stays away from this one because if the blind drop offs.

I have never done an actual rally before, but I frequently drive out in the country along rivers to find twisty's. Feel free to put me with whatever group you feel comfortable with.

QUESTION: are there enough interested people for a Friday run too?

This would basically be the new re-vamped T2TR...we'd start in N-town,...but stop at Zanesville where the hotels are.

If enough interest I'll get the hotel booking to include Thursday night as well @ $75.00 a night

post your thoughts...dashark and I are more than willing to host two (2) runs for all you coming from far away to make it worth your while

I have to go with no...I can only run on Saturday.

Because of golf season, I will have already had a sub in my classroom 4 days by then...the administration would probably look like this if I took another day off.

(Not to mention that personal days aren't really "personal," and you have to give a "legal" reason if you try to take one on Friday.)

I am quite happy to get to run with such fine folks on Saturday

I was told by The Great and Powerful Sol Commander that this is a private run and I am not invited.

However, if he chooses to extend an invitation to me, I would be leaving between 3-4 pm on Thursday afternoon as I will have no more vacation to spare. (1 day for the day after Turkey Day and the vacation I'll get Oct. 21 will be for 2009.)

Ah, okay. Well I've got plenty of vacation left, but 3-4 is fine with me. Besides, you'll need someone to talk to on the radio. If you get invited that is.
