After I asked how I was supposed to get there on Friday...he says "were you invited to Friday's private run?"

Now if the above is an official invitation...fine. If not, then I believe I'm not allowed to attend this day of festivities.

Alright well I put the request in for the day off...not sure if I'll get it or not...sept/oct are usually hard months to get vacation days since school is just under way...we'll see.

While trying to ignore the other banter going on in the thread, I will answer the original question.

I would love to do another day of running. I wish we could do it on Sunday rather than Friday, but that is because I have Monday the 13th off from work for Columbus Day, and that would give me the Monday to drive home without using another vacation day.

Now I realize folks aren't gonna change the dates just for me, so I will just say that I would be interested in a Friday Run, so long as it doesn't start too early. Since I don't want to take off too many vacation days in October, I will probably do the same thing as Diana and work on Thursday with an evening drive to Ohio. I'll probably end up rolling into Zanesville around 11pm-midnight.

Lol I was hoping for Sunday myself for the fact that time off is hard to get that time of year! I'd be making a Thursday night trek out as well. Oh well, we'll see what happens and maybe I'll see ya there.

OK, if you boys wanna caravan in on Thursday night...provided I am allowed to attend on Friday (I guess even if I'm not, I can find something else to do ), then I'm game.

You boys meet me in Lebanon, IN. I'll be there between 6-7 pm (central!). I'll call you when I leave here. It will take me exactly 3 hrs to get there. Should be the same for you. Allow some time for traffic on your end though!

I can not commit to this until after my autox event on Sep. 14th. My last event of the season for points is the Sunday of this event (Oct. 12th). If I don't need to run in that event in order to stay in first place.. then Nikki and I should be for a Sat. & Sun. event.

Is one run shorter than the other?? Just wondering for anyone that might be heading home on Sunday (like maybe me? LOL).

Same plan of attack...we'll bump it from Thursday to Fri. Come back Monday. I'd say we could skip town Sunday night, but that's a lot of driving all day. I got really sleepy after the last one so it's probably not a good idea for me to drive back on Sunday.
