I cuurently have Garmin Nuvi 755T and have been able to upload route to it that I have created in mapquest.com
I have managed to do the same on Driuds Garmin 750.
I have route maps for both the SOS run and the T3TR run set up in mapquest.com. I can eamil these routes to anyone who needs them and can help assist with loading them into your GPS (at least if it is a Garmin 7XX sieres)
I will also bring my laptop and usb cable to the hotel and can load up the routes into people unots before the runs.
Please PM me your email address if intrested.
PM'd and in the process of scoring a 755T shortly... Alas, I shall miss my dear TomTom. I loved his Scottish mode where he said "Don't let them see under your kilt" when i missed a turn...

Got that from a junk e-mail but it works!!!
anyone coming...advise if you will meet up
at the CIRCLE K (Exit 118) at 8 a.m.
or at Newcomerstown Hampton inn @ 9 a.m.
I am booked at the HI in NCT, but can meet where ever. If Exit 118 works best for folks and you want to move the start to that neck of the woods, I am cool with that. Besides, i am an early bird... 6:00AM or less is the normal start of my day. 8AM or 9AM is slacker time.

If you're already booked, I'd stay put. Exit 118 is on our way and it's all slab from there to NCT. No slacking here either, I'll make a stop @ work at 6:00 am., hang out for a while then be on my way to exit 118. JMO

Howard...you are where you are supposed to be
we just have to get there
looks like 3 coming down i-77 around 8 a.m.
Could be 4 coming down I-77 but I don't want to commit yet.
What is the weather report for NCT this Saturday?
I preffer slacker time on the weekends. Actually I am requiring
less and less sleep as I progress through the treatments.
Got up at 2:00 AM this morning and still hanging on at 9:30 PM.
I get my new tires on tomorrow after work.

When someone says, "you are where you are supposed to be", i feel the urge to move.. I shan't follow my instincts and will stay put at the HI.
Looking forward to Sat. Trying to be cool but feeling the anticipation of a little kid on X-Mas morning... Given i have fed my twisty needs doing snowmobiles this winter, don't freak if i am sporting a helmet and winter breathing unit to funnel air outside the helmet... Tough transition . And, if someone cries about top down in 50 degree weather? The snowmobiles are always top down.. No windows, no heater.. Perspective...
As far as getting the 755T to say anything? Oh yeah... i am smelling another contest... "The most outrageous Garmin comments".
