New Solstice Owner on Forum

Hello everyone. I just recently purchased an Aggresive GXP and have greatly enjoyed all of the infromation that is on this site for modification and general Solstice information.

A special thanks to Solid for letting me check out his Brazen GXP this afternoon! He's got me ready to go dump a good chunk of my paycheck on my car, and I haven't even broke 1,000 miles yet!

Hope to meet more of you at the upcoming events, and I'll be checking out the MKC site often.

Take care, and I trust you all are enjoying your cars as much as I am.

Kevin

I actually work at GM in Warren and that is where I met up with Solid. I live in Trenton, MI which is about 20 minutes South of Detroit down I75.

I've had issues with my internet at home, and finally have it straightened out!

My drive to work is a pain in the butt! Before the I75 highway closure in the Detroit area, I could make it to work in around 35 to 40 minutes (averaging around 80!) since I start work at 6 and there isn't much traffic. Now that 75 is shut down, I take different detours trying to find the quickest way.

As for modifying my car, my wife is paying close attention to what I'm doing becuase I spent thousands on my last turbo car (Subaru WRX). I bought her a new kitchen table and a wierd light at Ikea yesterday, so I think that will let me get away with the Dejon intake I bought last week!! I think I'm going to have to get her some fancy shoes or jewelry before I order the Solo Mach exhaust!! If she isn't happy, no one is!
