I don't think I will do the long tour but if everyone wants to stay I'm not far from home and can find my way back.

The "long tour" is not part of the plan for this trip. We are planning a trip, although probably not until next spring, that will include the wine tasting, but the most we will do on this trip is the 20-minute tour, and only if it can be fit into our planned time for lunch.

So far it is a non-issue, as I have not even gotten confirmation from Elk Creek that we can just take the tour by itself.

Since we are running down with Dog Tale and Dejon Dave we will have to pass on the tour also. Hope the rain stops!

Well the weather forecast is ever changing but it looks as though we may sneak this in and not get to wet . Looks to be a little cool at the start but that is why they put heaters in these cars. As for the wine tour thing It looks like we will be there just for lunch. Looking forward to seeing everyone Saturday morning.

Hope you all had a good run today, me and 2 other guys spent the day brushing down a sooty boiler. Taking a dinner break and to get cleaned up before an all nighter. We have to do start-up tonight and tune it to put it back on line by noon tomorrow

Had a nice ride today, enjoyed lunch and meeting new people. Got back home and got the chores finished before the frost tonight. Until next season everyone have a good winter and be safe. Thanks again Glenn and John. Later Al

Thanks Glenn for another great run. We had a good time as usual. I hope everyone gets home safe.
I like your idea of getting together for dinner during the long winter months. That way we can keep in touch and watch each other age.

I had a great time too, I put the MINI in Race mode down 227. It was fun, but I'm still a roadster guy at heart.
