Since we talked about it I thought I would start the discussion here. If you are in this Northern Ky Southwest Oh Southeast Ind area post your suggestions or idea as to what to change to or to keep what we have. JR has posted OVK (Ohio Valley Kappa) any others? Everybody put those thinking caps on
Not everybody is as car crazy as we are. There are new kappa owners out there who may not know what kappa means. Perhaps Ohio Valley Solstice Sky (OVSS) or Ohio Valley Solstice Sky Owners (OVSSO) would get more attention.

After ingesting several pounds of spinach salad and a BLT it occured to me that Ohio Valley means all states boardering the river OH, KY, PA, WV, IN, and IL. Then our logo would have six states plus the river and tee shirts with the logo could do double duty as the Big Top for Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey.

I was not able to join any runs while it was OVK but I agree with Charlie the logo should have the states with the river. I feel that if you all really want to get this off the ground again that we need to remember the reason why OVK stopped, it is because no one wanted to help him with planning and such. It is alot of work for one person. I think that you should get a core group of maybe 1 person from each state, I suggest JRinKY for Kentucky. He did a great job with the runs for the SEM. Then the core group can plan a run in each state so we all can visit new roads. For example in July it might be IN then August OH, Sept in Kentucky and so on.
