The traction control we all know and love is when you can keep it going in the general direction you originally pointed it.

NOT WAITING ANY MORE!
Been looking @ the Hahn and DDM setups and while they're both beautiful... I think I'm leanin' toward the turbo. Little easier on things on the long roadtrips that the wife and I have planned this summer. But then again.... I dunno

Not sure what you mean by "easier on things", but the DDM S/C is virtually an on-demand
item...it is by-passed until you want in on line. You can drive all day without engaging it.

does the belt drag it down at all when not engaged? I mean is it noticeable? I envisioned it to be somewhat like having the A/C on? and how does the engage / dis-engage work? I'm not all that familiar and not 100% either way yet.

A by-pass valve is open off- boost resulting in no pressure in the blower and about a 1 HP
"drag" on the engine...you feel nothing. When you step down on the gas (reducing vacuum)
the S/C engages in a linear fashion. It feels as though you have a bigger engine...smooth,
powerful and all there whenever you want it...not peaky or unsettling at all.

Amen to all Jackknife said .... I have even picked up some mpg ... I got 31.6 on my last trip ... using the cruise control ... you won't go wrong with DDMWorks s/c .... excellent product and even better customer service.
