getting my ddmworks stage2 soon

took an appointment with Dave for the install of their stage 2 supercharger kit . Kit is to be installed by them next saturday (august 16). Driving the car from Montreal,QC, Canada to Piedmont, south carolina (roughly 17 hours...) i am also planning on doing the tail of the dragon.

can't wait...

Is there anything else besides the dragon that i shoud do or visit while i am in that area. i'm on vacation and want to enjoy the trip as much as possible.

i will say it again,

can't wait...

Having DDM do the install is a great way to go. Say hi to Booger for me!

Will you be around long enough to go the SE meet in Lexington?

Or, while you're there - there are some great restaurants in Greenville. Here we are at one of them!

Ivy, Dave, me and Randy

Hey, make sure the boys are finished with the Cool Sol in the corner with Texas plates on it before they get started on yours, ok?

It's nice to have an international DDM presence.

Enjoy the ride!!

BTW, does "Acadian" suggest a Maritime influence? I spent a few years in Antigonish, NS.

i will unfortunately miss the se meet as i have to get back to work in montreal the monday following the event and i will probably be exhausted by then. unless the event begins thursday or something like that and i might show up. that would be cool.

i once read ( probably 10 years ago) in a hot rod magazine the following quote

" a hotrodder is a person who thinks vacation is a 6 states junkyard tour "

here is my 2008 version

" a solstice owner is a person who thinks vacation is a 6 states tuner shop tour "

hope to meet you in Lexington but i am still unsure that i will attend.

booger is the DDM shop/ guard dog. be careful he might lick you to death i went to DDM a few months ago to have a stage II installed and every thing you have heard on this fourm about them is on the money. Dave, Randy, and Ivy are great people to deal with.
p.s. when dave takes you for your test drive, put your seat belt on and hang on to your ass. welcome to the s/c club
