Hahn Stage four high boost install

I got the the Stage IV kit put on last winter and wanted to wait till this winter for the addition of the high boost kit, wells now i got the kit and a few other things that im putting on also.
and i figured since im gonna have to take the head off ill get the turbo manifold and downpipe ceramic coated and the valve cover powder coated to add to the engine Blingness, and im also putting on a aluminium radiator from werks while everythings torn apart.

but heres my progress so far

Got the hood off , helps if two people are holding while one takes off the nuts

took the front fascia off

took off the pipes running to intercooler and throttle body, and removed intercooler and also drained the oil and coolant

before taking off intercooler

What makes up the high boost option ? What does the kit contain ?

the kit has a thicker multi layer head gasket, titanium retainers and seats with stiffer dual vavle springs, ARP head studs, manual timing chain tensioner and modified chain guide with offset adjustment bolts.

i think thats it.

Was this kit an add on for the Stage III and doesn't it include a larger turbo and ECM programming?

No this kit is only to upgrade the Stage IV kit. As our setup is a Stage IV.

got the intake manifold off today, was not to difficult expect for making sure all connectors are unplugged.

these are the stock air box mounts that double as radiator mounts, with the turbo kit on the air box mounts get in the way somewhat so i seperated them by drilling through the two spot welds holding them together

well i tried to cut the radiator loom off at the house but i butchered it, so i gave it to one of my guys at my shop and they cut it flush off with the mill,

started taking the other side of the engine apart today
heres my progress so far


took of heat shield and groung wires


removed turbo to downpipe bolts, anyone elses gasket look like that


stud broke off a while back and ive been waiting till now to replace all of them


replacing with these
