Harrop HTV1320

Hey, i iz WICKED. I have a cobalt 2.4. Since Harrop came out with the TVS for the LSJ, i have been wanting to slap one on my 2.4. I asked around with some questions I had and got reffered here. LOL

So what I wanna know is, what is the limit on the stock internals? Ive heard SOOO many different answers. Some people say under 250, but i heard from a real reliable source that other than the pistons and rods, 325 is safe. Thing is, with FWD, im not planning on making any more than 300ish Hp.

So, I guess i wanna know your guys thoughts, and also, where can i find some internals for this motor? The only thing i can seem to find is the JBP Cams and such.

Thanks for helping out

PS. How come i dont have access to change my Sig?!

With only 300 whp as your goal, you won't need internals. There are cars on here making 350+ on the stock internals.

However, I'm not sure our 2.4l is exact same as yours. Ours is the LE5.

For me, and I'm a bit neurotic about these things, I'd do it for anything over 350 wheel. Others may tell you different.

I'm not sure what the threshold is.
