Sorry I have been out of internet....have the stage II installed...was able to get in two good runs at the air port (It was closed for Holliday)..use the dashhawk first and 0-60 was 4.6, 4.7, and 4.6 so that was good then one of the hose came off and I found they were collapsing and expanding with the S/C so I'm waiting on new pipe's so I can take up some of the gap...But this car can really run....seal9

I went 0-60 in 4.6 also.

That was launching from idle with no wheelspin. As soon as I get my RE01R's on and launch more at like 4k I'm hoping to see 4.4.

My car is parked right now waiting on some things. Brake fluid, couplers, t-clamps, rear diff bushing, pro beam, and the list goes on.

0-60 in 4.6 is damn impressive! Has anyone done the 1/4mi at a track with this kit yet? I remember reading that it should be good for high 13's or low 14's. I cannot believe these numbers are basically coming from an otherwise stock internal LE5. Just imagine what could be done with an agressively ported head and larger valves, cams, intake mani, ect... Tweaked out, this kit should have potential to be in the 300whp range correct?

As impressive as this kit is, I cannot help but wonder what's next from DDM? Water/methanol injection? Pulley Down? Additional ECM tuning? Larger core intercoller? Any combination of the above?

Posts like these are making it hard for me to wait until fall to start modding - the little bit of summer downtime might be worth it!

I don't think any of you will have the problem with the pipes...on the Sky the Intercooler sits 2 inch more forward...I took up the difference with silicon hose...not a good move ..even when the hose was aircraft grade it didn't hold up....new pipes will be in the kits for the Sky and no one should have this problem....its a great kit and this car run so well...I think 0-60 in 4.5 is very possible....seal9

Hopefully we will make it out to the local drag strip next week, at least thats the plan right now

The drag estimator that I ran it through is predicting a 13.3 in the 1/4 mile, we will see how close that is hopefully very soon.

oldskool - There is plenty in the works, some of what you said and some other things you did not mention

Thanks for the info, and for not being all clandestine about it. Some companies are very tight-lipped about whether they are doing more with a given platform. I forgot to add twin-screw to my little wish list above BTW...

Can't wait until I can run with the big boys!!

I would think more like the low to mid 13's. I turned 14.102 in the quarter with a stage I.

Stage I was 5.8 0-60 and stage II was 4.8 0-60, both times there were two in the car and both weighing in at over 200 lbs. Haven't been on the track yet.

DDM has more up there sleeves - the are looking at doing something about the upper RPM drop this engine has, I don't want to speak out of turn so I will let them tell you.

Hmmm at the risk of being over-speculative, fixing upper rpm drop off could only mean tuning the cam phasing, or CAMS!! Or a well-thought-out head porting?

Can you tell i love to think out loud?

For reference my bro's supercharged mustang gt (est 400whp) on d/r's runs high 12's

Okay, now figure in that the mustang weighs in at how much more?? It takes a lot to get it off the line unlike our cars.
